About Us

It was on a family holiday to Portugal when our Founder spotted a man wearing the coolest and most colourful striped swim shorts. An unsuccessful internet search to try and find something similar showed how an iconic Summer wardrobe classic had been somewhat forgotten. 

Wind the clock forward a few years and little had changed which prompted the creation of Rui Swimwear. Aiming to bring bold stripes back to beach wear!
