Delivery and Returns
**Please note: We are still sending out all orders but due to Postal Strikes there will be some delays.**
UK Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. We reserve the right to deliver goods up to 28 days after date of order although we expect to process orders within 1-3 working days. We will always attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment. Due to stock and packaging requirements, products may be shipped over several days and in more than one package.
Next Day: £8
UK Next day will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders must be received before 1pm to guarantee next day.
Please note for all UK Deliveries a signature will be required upon delivery.
Europe and Rest of World:
All these orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Post. We reserve the right to deliver goods up to 28 days after date of order although we expect to process orders within 1-3 working days. Orders usually take 7-14 working days to reach you but please allow 30 working days to receive your order.
Please note that if we are not able to ship you order due to international shipping restrictions we shall inform you immediately. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note all international deliveries are sent International Tracked and signed and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Pricing and VAT Outside of the UK:
If you order products from our Website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Cancellation and Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and a postage fee of £5 will be required in case of an exchange of your returned goods.
It is advised that you use a secure, tracked method of posting to ensure returns reach us, and keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Upon receipt of the resalable goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid excluding any shipping or statutory duties paid or an exchange credit as required.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you wish to cancel your order: (a) You can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us.

The rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used or damaged by you in any way. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
